Popis nemovitosti

We offer for sale a unique historical property and a cultural monument. It is a castle fortress with an estate in the village of Okrouhla, which is located 7 miles to the east of the town of Cheb on the left bank of the reservoir Jesenice. The first written records are from 1299, when the manor belonged to the Paulsdorfer family. In the middle of the 15th century, the village became the property of Juncker family for almost 150 years, after which belonged the village of Kramermer and later Mr. Schmiedlum of Seeberk. The last owner of the village and the Gothic fortress was the milling family of Muck, who owned it until the end of the Second World War. After the war, the castle with the land became the property of the state, from which it was taken over by a private owner after 2004. The Gothic fortress, which is the dominant of the village, was probably built in the 14th century and in 1888 it was rebuilt into a family castle, which received a new roof with romantic dormers. One of the village buildings with an area of 2x 250m is partially reconstructed into residential units. The total area of the manor, including the built-up area is 7989m. We will be happy to sell the internal dimensions of the castle and other details of the property on the request.
